Shoppes at Crown Point - North Richland Hills, Texas

Project Details: Partnering with Lancewood Corporation and NAI Huff Partners, PhaseOne completed the first phase of The Shoppes at Crown Point retail center renovation. PhaseOne was hired to design and renovate the two story 33,496 sq. ft. building as well as a 13,400 sq. ft. retail building. This phase is currently anchored by Frijoles Mexican Restaurant, Hunan Wok Chinese Restaurant, Rufe Snow Travel, Silver Cleaners, A-One Donuts, Farmers Insurance and the U.S. Air Force. 

10/09 - The Shoppes at Crown Point receives "Revitalization and Beautification Award" from the city of North Richland Hills.
