Project Details: Cosden Federal Credit Union partnered with PhaseOne Design Builders for a renovation/addition to their existing facility in Big Spring, Texas. The transformation involved a 2,197 SF remodel of their existing facility while also expanding an additional 4,270 SF bringing the total remodel and expansion to 6,467 SF. The exterior design is comprised of brick veneer and a standing steam metal roof as well as a seven lane drive thru. This new facility also features an optional locked off multipurpose board room for communal use.
