Project Details: Incommons Bank partnered with PhaseOne Design Builders to design and build this 11,840 square foot banking/retail facility in Waco, Texas. Incommons Bank occupies 4,540 square feet while the remaining 7,300 square feet will be leaseable space. The exterior design is masonry veneer and a standing seam metal roof. The new banking facility has a four lane drive-thru. ***Awarded IBAT's Silver Best in Show for Architectural Design***
