Project Details: PhaseOne Design Builders partnered with Winkler County Credit Union to design and construct their new one story branch facility of approximately 2,744 sqaure feet of space to be located in Alpine, Texas. The exterior of the new branch represents a classic red brick school house design reflecting both the heritage of the credit union as well as the education influence in Alpine such as Sul Ross State University.
